Overview

Why this matters

Most U.S. businesses meet their CPA once a year, hand over a file, and receive a return. By then every meaningful decision has already been made and the only remaining question is how large the bill is. Tax planning that happens in March is not planning — it is reporting.

Our CPA practice works on a different rhythm. Quarterly planning touchpoints, entity and compensation structures reviewed before they cost you money, estimated payments modelled rather than guessed, and a professional in your corner if a notice ever arrives from the IRS or a state agency.

The difference

What you actually get

Four things that separate this from the version you have tried before.

Licensed CPA Oversight

Returns and advisory work reviewed and signed by a licensed U.S. Certified Public Accountant.

Planning, Not Reacting

Quarterly strategy sessions so the tax outcome is decided long before the filing deadline.

Multi-State Capable

Nexus analysis, apportionment and filings across every state where you have exposure.

Representation Included

If a notice or examination arrives, your CPA handles the correspondence — not you.

Scope of work

Everything included in CPA Services

The full scope we can take off your plate — engaged together or piece by piece.

Business Tax Preparation

Federal and state returns for S-corps, C-corps, partnerships and LLCs, filed accurately and on time.

Individual & Owner Returns

Personal returns for owners and executives, coordinated with the business return as one strategy.

Tax Planning & Strategy

Quarterly planning, estimated payment modelling, credits, deductions and timing strategies.

Entity Structuring

Entity selection, S-corp elections, reasonable compensation analysis and multi-entity structures.

Sales Tax & Nexus

Economic nexus determination, registration, filing calendars and voluntary disclosure where needed.

Assurance & Audit Support

Compilations, review-readiness work, workpaper preparation and coordination with external auditors.

How we work

A clear path from first call to results

No mystery phases, no invisible months — you know what happens and when.

01

Tax Position Review

Prior returns, entity structure and current exposure reviewed to find what previous filings missed.

02

Build The Strategy

A written tax plan with projected savings, required actions and the deadline attached to each.

03

Execute Quarterly

Estimated payments, elections and structural changes actioned on schedule, not left until year end.

04

File & Defend

Accurate preparation and filing, with full representation if anything is ever questioned.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers, including the ones other agencies avoid.

Yes. Tax and assurance work is performed under the review and signature of a licensed U.S. Certified Public Accountant. Preparation support is handled by our accounting team, and a CPA reviews and signs the filing.
Ideally in the middle of the year, when there is still time to plan rather than just file. That said, we onboard clients right through filing season — if you are mid-season and unhappy, we can file an extension and take over cleanly.
Yes. Multi-state exposure is one of the most common places we find both risk and savings — nexus determination, apportionment, registrations and, where there is historical exposure, voluntary disclosure agreements to limit penalties.
You send it to us and we handle it. Representation before the IRS and state agencies is included for clients on an ongoing CPA engagement, including correspondence, documentation and examination support.
Absolutely. Plenty of clients keep their bookkeeping in-house and use us purely for CPA work. We will give your bookkeeper a short list of what we need each month so filing season stays uneventful.
